It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone. "We were in town for Mom's weekend at Mizzou. This rental was the cleanest and nicest rental I have found in Columbia so far. The owner was amazing with communication as well. We felt very comfortable in the space. Every aspect was perfect. We will be back!"

"This is a lovely house with a kid friendly backyard. We chose it due to price and that the pictures showed a porta crib and high chair. Having the crib and chair meant we didn’t have to pack our own. The home owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with."
