“Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well. Also, we were eye level with the train that passed, at times every 5 minutes. So the noise was on another level. They……

“Un superbe building avec des prestations sympas, un chouette appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut pour être confortable et les petits détails qui font la différence, notamment pour un court séjour car cela évite de voyager avec ou de courir en acheter: savon pour les mains, shampooing, gel douche, lessive, café etc il est très proche de la ligne rouge du métro et d’un arrêt de bus. ”

“Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. Host/company was also very communicative, and let me grab something I forgot in my rental after checking out!Parking space was also clutch, just……

“The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted.”

“Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.”
