“The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip!

“I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There is no WiFi, no electric plugs points, not sufficient lighting in the room. Pay extra to use the safety deposit box. Has a kettle but no coffee or tea.
