“Really lovely stay inshabby chic. ”

“The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip! ”

Es gibt ausschließlich nur Parkplätze, die man bezahlen muss (12€/Tag) und überall sind Obdachlose, die nach Geld fragen. Selbst auf den Parkplätzen wird man umringt und nach aufgedrängter Hilfe beim Einparken nach Geld gefragt. Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln, was kein Problem war, da unser Zimmer durch die……

Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. “Our stay Eira do Serrado Hotel & SPA was amazing. It was our final lodgings after 8 days on the island and was the perfect way to end out trip. The view are spectacular, super friendly and helpful staff and the restaurants food was incredible! We will definitely be back the next time we have a chance to visit Madeira!”

“I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There is no WiFi, no electric plugs points, not sufficient lighting in the room. Pay extra to use the safety deposit box. Has a kettle but no coffee or tea. The two female Reception staff are extremely rude. I will not employ them if it is my hotel. Our room was 1016. ”
