We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel itself feels quite outdated and is definitely in need of a complete renovation. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh to match the quality of the service, food, and location. Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay. With a full renovation, this hotel could be absolutely amazing.

The property is out dated and hopefully they do something about it. Initially staff gave us wrong room and didn't admit it. Later manger did admit they gave us wrong rooms. So be careful about your booking. About 95 % of the staff is helpful and do as best as they can. Specially the junior staff and chef. Ask them and they will do their best. Hence the reason stay become good.

Al Ritmo is a budget all inclusive. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is ideal as you can walk to the ferry and many of the boat tours pick up locations like Cancun Sailing, whale shark cancun etc.

It’s aged but the staff works hard to make you feel comfortable. Beds are hard. AC in the room is top notch. Rooms are fine. Waterpark is rundown a bit. Water smells bit foul. You won’t go hungry but u won’t remember anything u ate either. Overall it’s very good for the price

The pool is missing allot of tiles on the floor and sides. Both myself and my daughter cut our foot which of course lead to bleeding. The room was ok that's giving it a compliment. The staff honestly was the best part of the stay. I've stayed at several resorts and I don't know how this was a three star. I would not recommend this resort.

Everything was nice only issues we had was the planning of the extra adventures we were told completely wrong about all of it as far as age g oil etc goes. I felt as though it was more of a money scheme than it was making a trip out of a couple days! So instead we were told one thing and then got told different after we already paid and went to these extra things.
