“Jose was an excellent host, he treated us great always responded to any question , helped us when we requested his help, the house was clean, well equipped kitchen had everything functioning , the social area is the key to your heart in this property is amazing bbq next to a river drinks with the heated pool right next to you! They have a speaker and there’s a little grocery store next, my only recommendation will be a little extra tv for the room with three beds, we loved your place your town……

“Louise was really kind. She was extremely helpful and even purchased chairs that we could take to the beach. Accommodation was great and we had everything we needed. She provided a hummingbird feeder so we were able to entice hummingbirds onto the porch for a feed. Absolutely loved seeing their beautiful colours. Overall really great. ”

“We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made……

“Stayed at an Eco Cabin with wife and two kids for 3 nights. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Cabin is very basic basic but had enough for us. No cell service was a plus for us, but wifi available closer to the pool. Pool was great for the kids to enjoy, with a great view. Restaurant was okay, but nothing great. Live music at the restaurant was awesome, especially with the view. Beautiful view, stars at night are amazing. Showering while looking at stars is amazing. Then there were……

“This is an off-grid property and there were not any instructions on how to start the generator, lights, or A/C. The bugs are terrible - the floor board have spaces between them and there are large spaces between the roof and the walls, so the bugs inside are as bad as outside. You will be bitten by hundreds of bugs if you stay here. We provided the host a list of improvements, not wanting to leave a public review to allow him opportunity to make improvements, but he did not acknowledge or……

“The physical space was good. Everything else Terrible. The road to go up the hill is un-drivable, even local taxi drivers would not go up there. The host is rude and unkind. There was loud construction going on while I was there the entire time. I had to leave before my end date because it was so unbearable to be there. The host Dona, told me I would receive a partial refund for the days I did not use- This was January 21st, It is now March 5 and I still have not received my refund even while……
