“well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received……

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The owners were very helpful, and the kitchen ladies were very friendly and helpful. It was fun having a jacuzzi right in our room. We stayed in March, just as the season was beginning so our first morning there was no breakfast but the owner gave me the key to the breakfast room so I could use the toaster. The other mornings we had a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage patties, hot biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, The outdoor pool wasn’t……
