“Very clean! Great breakfast and easy parking! Will stay there again”

“酒店周围交通方便。餐饮，购物方便。店员非常友好。酒店早餐可口。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。”

“We were told we could not park on the street overnight even though the signs did not state that and other people did. E we had to park down the street in the railroad parking lot which I didn’t feel comfortable parking that far away with my car. We checked in early and were put in a whole different building with lots of stairs that we were not told about and had to carry our luggage up by ourselves which was not easy. There were only 2 rooms in this other building which was kinda creepy. We were……

“經理 櫃臺人員素質差 不專業 態度差 要求打掃才來清掃 只做一部分 用完的備品不補 床單 被子 枕頭不換 沒看過這樣打掃的 沒住過這麼爛的旅宿 永遠不會再來”

“What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.”

“The location is good, especially because it's a very small Town and there aren't many options. There are a few restaurants and fast-food places around. Pharmacy, Walmart. Target, Kroger, a gas station, and even a Tesla Supercharger. The hotel is quiet with a decent breakfast. The room is spacious and my bed was comfortable. I didn't like the pillows but that's a personal preference. Close to distilleries too. My only complaint is that the towels are very small and thin and the bathroom……

“Staff was extremely kind. Especially loved shuttle service to Keeneland”

“We stayed at other hotels without a staff before, and this one works smoothly. Lovely, big sweets with comfortable beds, great rooms for relaxing, and a well appointed kitchenette There are no amenities but a fun Speakeasy. Located right downtown with lots of walkable shops and restaurants,”

“Very unique property and restaurant is delicious as well and portions were definitely more than we expected. The corner tower room we stayed in was impressive. It was definitely worth the side quest stop to stay here as our halfway point to Tennessee. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay I highly recommend.”

“Arrived on our scheduled day. Temperature was 100°. The host mentioned when we unpacked that the air conditioning didn’t work upstairs but she would put in fans. Which she did. Really did not help. The water coming out of the faucets had a horrific smell to it. When we asked about that, she said that that was common for the area they lived in. That is not what we discovered online. The hosts were very friendly and nice people, but the property has really gone downhill. It is such a shame. It……

“The room was very basic. Two people registered, one bath towel provided. Flooring needs to be replaced as tiles seemed to be rising. Breakfast was very minimal with no protein offerings. Only hot option was instant oatmeal. Location was quiet.”

“room smelled bad and the AC did not work.”
