this place is very deteriorated. there was no coffe maker in the room, not tissues. the bathroom very poor condition. for breakfast they only had coffee and bread pretty much. it looks like this place is been use as a shelter. there was homeless outside the property, not seating in the lobby and the room smell like mold. I won’t not recommend this place at all.

This is not a hotel. DO NOT stay at this property. We arrived and immediately checked out. We had to find somewhere else to stay late at night because we felt unsafe at this location. The hotel was also not clean at all. Don’t waste your money.

I left the property as soon as I got to the room. The room was filthy. Felt unsafe. Roaches and bugs in the pillow cases. I have video and pic. The tub was black. The place is basically a run down men’s shelter that’s still booking hotel rooms. You should not even have them on your website. Completely unacceptable and I was traveling with my child and my mother. We were basically stranded at midnight. You couldn’t pay me to stay in that filth with bugs and shady environment!!!

There was paint peeling from the ceilings that hadn’t been removed or fixed, tons of pins in the curtains, the bathroom had one of 6 lightbulbs working, the faucet for the tub leaked continuously, there were no outlets on the walls by the bed, the light switch didn’t turn on any lights, the air conditioner only blew one way- neither low or high changed anything. When we arrived in the room the television was on and ac was set at 67. When we left for a day trip and had the do not disturb sign on our door someone still came in and turned off lights we had left on -so that when we came in at 1am there would be a light on since the switch on the wall didn’t turn lights on.

Check in was ok.. but this property is very dirty and unsafe.. the room was dirty inside and smell awful it’s like mostly homeless staying here.. The Ac in our room wasn’t giving enough cold the whole hotel inside was hot all over.. The shower wasn’t working well it’s all broken.. breakfast you need a coupon which I never know exist until now. You don’t get to make your own breakfast someone does that for you. This feels like you being watch and monitor.. never will stay here or advise other to stay it’s not worth it.

Property is dated, and lots don't work. When we got there, the AC hey are evidently hosting people from NYS DSS which are having around all over the grounds, smoking, etc. I left a piece of jewelry in the room, of no intrinsic value (stainless steel) and left several messages, but never got a call back.

The Pool was disgusting, and the gym was closed and used as storage. the place is currently being used for Asylum seekers, so people were constantly outside leaning on the cars in the parking lot. the rooms were very dirty, ducts are filthy, and the bathtub was discolored and looked like fungus was growing on the anti-slip matt. the front desk attendant was very nice and professional, but that doesn't make up for the rest

The Place was a dump. The beds smelled of mold with visible mold on them. The bathroom door looked like someone hit it and it was cracked the shower didn’t work. The furniture was stained. They only had two towels in the room. They house the homeless people. I will never go back.

Poorly maintained. Ceiling coming down in chunks. Tub faucet dripping constantly. Bedside lamps had no outlets to be plugged into. Roach traps all around room. Only thing comfortable and clean was the bed.
