"The property was pretty dated and the furnishings were old and banged up. Fixtures in the bathroom and the tub could use a refresh. Place just had a run down feel to it. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. There is a very nice pool area on the property."

"Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The included valet parking was fantastic and convenient (my favorite perk!!)! Easy walk to downtown and about 15ish mins to Nissan stadium. Breakfast was hot and your typical selections were available. Stayed here a few years ago and would stay again. There are complimentary snacks in the lobby around 4 or so, but I wasn’t able to be there for that. "

"There was not parking offered, lot was full. No coffee unless paid for at cafe. Heard water run loudly all the time. Bed was very comfortable."

"We were given a handicap room and the shower dispenser unit had so much mold and was disgusting. There was no soap in dispenser and we asked to have it filled and it was but no one cleaned it. "

"A shuttle from the airport would be a great idea. Late checkout fees are a joke and a money grab."

"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."
