“Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. “Very clean and lots of extras! Great place in the woods. Very secluded and quiet.”

“The property was well laid out. Had all the amenities that me and my family needed. Some of the best sleep my wife and I have had in a while. The location to UNC and dining was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to any family traveling to the area.”

“We enjoyed a quick stay in Chatham County. It was very clean inside, despite the age of the home. The porches and porch chairs could have used a hose off before we arrived! It is very close to the road, but the host was thoughtful and provided a sound machine and earplugs in the bedside drawers. Very comfortable bed. It was a great little place.”

“I loved the coziness of the house! The owner was super nice!”

“A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon.”
