“Cleaning could be better, but the place was very cozy warm. The convenience to the slopes was a reasonably walk.”

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the trip due to extremely poor road conditions, even after trying to drive there. We are from west Michigan, and while we understand “up north” Michigan weather can be unpredictable, the strict no-refund policy was disappointing given the circumstances. Even a partial refund or credit toward a future stay would have gone a long way in making the experience feel fair and……
