“I really like this inn, very clean and quiet ”

“The staff was terrific, trying to make up for some of the shortcomings we experienced which included a phone in the room that didn't fully work, the toilet didn't flush properly and the carpets needed cleaning (or replacing). Furthermore, the location of the hotel is ideal, walking distance to most everything. The cost of the rooms didn't really match the level the hotel is at right now.”

“We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.”

“Great location for the University of Virginia. We’ve stayed here a couple times now and let the hotel. Wish the prices didn’t jump so high during parents weekend”

“The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited.”

“I had a good time there. I didn't get to use a lot of their amenities. The price was great!”

“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……
