We stayed here for a show at the Allstate Arena (Rosemont Horizon). Nice spacious room, friendly staff. Limited parking, but convenient for public transportation and ride share. Lots of dining options. This hotel is an easy walk to the Arena. I will stay here again for my next event.

Was there for a concert and loved how close it was to the arena. There were plenty of options for food and check in and out was made easy as I could do it online. The wifi was a little slow but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Loved the beds and pillows Staff was at best, standoffish. At worst, rude. Did not like that I was unable to check luggage since we arrived early and only option they had was to pay $40 more for an available room. Seemed like a scam. Fortunately, will never be back. So, great rest minus terrible service = a 3 star rating, overall.
