This place is a gem! I stay frequently, repeat 4 times per year. Always clean, quiet and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to drive and see the sites, many dining choices within a few feet to a couple of miles.

Rt Lodge is BEAUTIFUL. Incredible staff, Elizabeth is excellent! The food was the highlight of our stay, impecable.

Unexpectedly enjoyed our stay at the Candlewood for several reasons; 1) it was more of a studio room with refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, and etc. 2) it was very close to highway 129 leading right into some of the best sporty car and motorcycle riding in East TN 3) it was clean, smelled great, and the rooms/appliances/tv and other seemed new 4) beds were very comfy, shower pressure was great, and zero disturbances. You'd think you would pay a good bit more for all those amenities,...

Very pleasant stay. They didn't have a record of my free breakfast, but all that I had to do was show them my reservation email and I was given a free breakfast voucher. The breakfast was a real breakfast cooked to order!Since the price of breakfast is around $13, not many people were eating. Just know that going in. Great hotel.

What we liked: 1. the gentleman that checked us in was very courtiois and helpful. 2. Rooms very ckean and smelled great. 3. The shampoo and conditioner was the best i have ever used....already searching internet to buy some!! What we didnt like: 1. Coffee was weak and doesnt have the best flavor, it was just ok. 2. The lady that was at the service desk at 6am the next morning was not personable and had the grouchiest look on her face when I asked for the WI-FI code. She had her hands undeneath...

Rode over from Nashville on the Harley....scenery got prettier the closer I got...Motel was a welcome sight...love the quiet, simplicity of the place....room was all I could ask for..clean, quiet, perfect location...staff was excellent.....food in the area was good and plentiful....enjoyed the whole experience. From the moment my fiance and I arrived at the Tapoco Lodge on Monday, August 24th, until we left on Saturday, August 29th, the entire experience was incredible! First of all, the entire staff is absolutely AWESOME! They took customer service to a level neither one of us had ever seen before. The cabin was great! Rustic looking on the outside, modern and comfortable on the inside. The bed was very nice and I especially liked the hot tub and rocking chairs on the porch.
