“The room was fine, it seemed clean until we opened the couch bed. It was stained with pee and had candy and chips all over it. The lady at the Front Desk offered to come wipe it down but it was too gross. Later they replaced it. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The thing that really blew my mind was they were charging $4 for ONE candy bar. I've slept in 4 star hotels that don't charge that much. The Front Desk Lady commented "this is a hotel". I was going to buy two candybars……

“The hotel was disappointing and didn't live up to its online photos, particularly regarding cleanliness. A major issue was their deposit policy—even with a registered service animal, they enforced a $100 pet deposit that took two full weeks to be refunded. Furthermore, the "free breakfast" setup was poorly designed. The dining area was far too tiny for the volume of guests, quickly becoming overcrowded, filthy, and completely picked over.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs South. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring Colorado Springs and nearby attractions. The indoor pool and fitness center were well maintained and added to the overall experience.……

“the younger girl that was running The front desk was great. Her name was Chelsea. I think, very knowledgeable and helpful. The older lady that worked at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful....The room was old, the floors were disgustingly dirty in our room, the bathroom was dirty., and the rooms are super small.. Breakfast was terrible, they were constantly running out of food and never refilling it. I thought it was a little ridiculous that we had to pay for an omelet.. The carpets in……
