“Me and my family had one of the best experiences with Villa Motel, the room was so freshly smelled, the staff checked us in early, I will definitely return to that place. Also the shuttle to incline, to downtown, stops right in front of the Villa Motel which is very convenient.”

“Not the best but not the worst we have stayed in. Parking was an issue and because it is also a residential building, there were some problems with residents arguing and noise. Staff was nice. It is ok in a pinch, but I would stay elsewhere next time.”

“This was such a beautiful place! The grounds are so well kept and you see so many beautiful trees, plants and stonework everywhere. We stayed only one night in Bighorn Lodge and it was a clean, comfortable room. We had to leave the next morning after having a great breakfast on the Castle patio. We will definitely return for a longer period so we can tour the castle, do the scavenger hunt, and just relax in the peace & quiet. Just FYI, there are no TVs in the rooms, which is ok with me.……

“The lock on the room was not there, the safety one that's usable once you are in for the night. The hotel was maintained for it's age. The area is safe. Colorado Springs has alot of homeless. This area was good.”

The sink fixture was broken leaning g to the side, the coffee cup had wet coffee grounds in it from previous guest, soap dispensers not filled. Constantly had problems with the door code. At almost 300 dollars a night, I would never book here again. Its maybe a 100 dollar a night room. The pictures definitely do not properly advertise what the room actually is. The staff was very helpful.”
