Cons first: ac ubits were loud but effective. Our house boat needed some minor repairs, cracks in floor, etc. Internet didnt work they didnt know how to fix it. Couch was uncomfortable. There is a little bit of a swamy smell outside. Pros: nice location, on the water, stable didnt not move much/rocking. ...
