“I was never able to check in. I waited around the property for hours for someone to let me check in. I was left stranded with no other place to stay. I tried calling and messaging the property. Hotels.com also was unable to reach them for hours. Hotels.com requires you to keep the chat session open while they are communicating with you. This lasted for hours and drained my cell phone. Hotels.com and this property ultimately left me to fend for myself with a dead cell phone and no car to get……
