“Where to start? On check in the main door shuts at sunset and access is by key card. I had not checked in but managed to get inside courtesy of another guest. No staff - automated computer check in ... as I was completing a staff member appeared from outside. They have a cafe bar where staff provide snacks and double as reception. Problem is if busy its difficult to get their attention Room - having arrived late had a tea and went to bed and was going out early next day. I noticed some wrappers……

“No Blankets or doona for kids bed, whci was an extremely uncomforatble dodgy setup couch & no extra towels. No plug in sink, cups and dishes needed washing before use but no plug or clean dish cloth, no clean tea towels. Beds were old and lumpy . Bathroom had mould and missing grout. and only two towels provided allthough booked for four. The next day the man at reception was great to provide extra towels but could not provide a doona or blankets, so had to buy a sleeping bag for kids each.”
