“The rooms that I have stayed in is always clean and the staff is always amazing”

“I am not an overly picky person when it comes to hotels as long as the rooms are clean and comfortable, but this is not a hotel I would ever recommend. The friendly, blonde young man at the front desk was remarkable and passionate about his job. The location to the highway was very convenient. Those were the only good things about this hotel. There are no working elevators and the hallway downstairs smelled horrible and sour. Everything is out of order basically...the downstairs bathrooms,……

“Very ditty”

“It deserved at least half of a one star. No phone in the room to call the office to ask whoever had the stomping noise going at 3 AM to stop. Spots on the sheet that was on up-side-down. I lifted up the sheet to see a really bad looking dirty mattress pad. There was actually a tiny piece of what looked like particle board that could have poked me. The sink sprayed water onto the counter when you turned it on. The remote had no battery back and after finally getting the channel to change I……

“Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.”
