“Clean room, nice Staff, parking just ok”

“First of all come from New Jersey to Ohio. It’s my third time out there and this is got. I have to say one of the worst places to stay definitely they was not polite. I saw a roach. The bed is hard. The sheets were dirty. I spoke to them several times to come change the bedsheets, the towels they were rude to me. This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed . “The rooms smelled smoky. I was moved to another room that smelled like covered up smoke. Wet hair was on the floor by the bed. The refrigerator was not clean and smelled. It looked like it was found on the side of a curb. There was no microwave. Pictures show a pool which of course was not operating. I left after an hour because I had a child and couldn’t get past the smell. The worker was friendly and understood. He told me to contact Expedia for a potential or partial refund and of course……
