“Bathroom door wouldn’t close, air conditioner didn’t cool good enough, soap dispenser didn’t work and no breakfast available ”

“Had a wonderful stay! Staff was exceptional, the rooms(paint, doors, AC Unit, equipment, etc) felt a bit dated but were clean and perfectly fine for me!”

“Breakfast menu was great. Parking is REALLY tight and limited. Room service is every other day which is understandable. Our reservation was messed up (my fault) and we checked in one day earlier. The front desk was gracious and the room was available so she git us settled. We also left a day earlier (tied to my mistake) and the agreed to refund the last night. Thank you!! ”

“There was a large stain on the foot rest , large and obvious. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. There was a lot of tea, no coffee in room. Very dated. I have stayed here several times, for the money, I’m just going to start looking for better options. ”

“We enjoyed the artwork, but the hotel has a young vibe. We were two senior couples traveling together and the hotel was not geared for our age group. It was recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law, and that seemed to be the target age for the hotel. I think it is a perfect hotel for 30s, 40s, and 50s. We did enjoy the bar and the bartenders were great. Breakfast service was a little slow and slipshod. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but not exactly the type of hotel we were looking……
