“Be aware this is very old apartment with crappy furniture and dirty very dirty walls. Door was completely messed up, you can tell previous guests had trouble opening the door, I contacted the host about it but they did nothing about it.”

“Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“The apartment was nice: huge compared to a hotel room with comparable price. The WeHost platform is the reason for 2 stars. You have to scan the ID, front and back, of every member of the party and upload them. Seems excessively burdensome, but doable. The problem is when we tried to pay for optional parking (as advertised). The email from WeHost said to talk to the “Front Desk”, who said they have nothing to do with WeHost. “I was concerned this place had so few reviews but there was no need for worry. Our 2 1/2 weeks in this apartment were great!!! The unit is beautifully furnished and the bed is really comfortable. Although the kitchen is small, it is quite functional and we made several simple meals. The free parking space was a plus in this area. Within walking distance are Target, Safeway, several restaurants, and the Metro. Laundry is at the end of the hall on each floor. Small park across the street was fun……

“The place was clean, communication with the host was easy and the location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for my son’s graduation from Georgetown, and found it easy to get to from the apartment. Additionally when we wanted to go into DC, the Metro station was a short walk. Very convenient!”
