“We needed a place to stay in the area and really enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse. It far enough away but close to everything you need. It was charming and reminded me of going back to my childhood and visiting family on the farm. The host was great to work with and very communicative. “This is a wonderful historic property. It’s in a great location and within walking distance of many of Atchison’s attractions. It has been completely renovated and is decorated in an Amelia Earhart theme. It is well appointed and completely equipped and self contained. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. ”

“The house was clean and well appointed. The bedding and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice with great amenities. It is an older house that has been reconfigured so it has a unique floor plan and an old house smell at the entrance. The backyard was huge and quiet with a privacy fence, fire pit and deck area . My dog loved running all around. ”

“Originally, this stay was for 2 couples staying the Memorial Day weekend in Atchison. The photos online are very good, almost to the point where I was thinking there is no way the house is going to look this good when we get there. Spoiler alert, it looks better. The check in process was a breeze with the code provided in a way that was super easy to remember and use. Possibly the easiest check in process I have ever had. The stairs to get up to the house are pretty steep so maybe a watch out...
