“Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious - especially the bathtubs. Entertainment is great too! Kids loved the pool. I do wish there were more pools for the kids to enjoy. Booking reservations for dinner was a nightmare though. We couldn't book in advance, were staying a week and on night one there was a restuarant already entirely booked! How does that even happen?! Also no kids in restaurants after 8pm!!! Finally check in was awful. We got there on time - rooms not……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property. The staff were friendly and helpful across the board,……

“All in all the stay was excellent. Food was tasty, drinks were good. One of the best things was the late checkout option up till 6pm. Some points to note for improvement. Beach chairs were located at a very rough part of beach so you may want to swim at the section further away from the hotel. All inclusive suggests that food and drinks should be available all the time albeit less options but available.”

“I would liked a complimentary coffee stand, or somewhere to get coffee from through out the day and not just at the restaurant. Otherwise my stay was fantastic and the staff was really friendly. Basil does excellent job with the grounds and all the beautiful flowers..Jose, who prepared our drinks was friendly and awesome as well. Front desk was lovely and helpful, and and I absolutely loved everything about the rooms ...I truly enjoyed my stay there and hope to return sometime in the future.”

“Great location, clean rooms and linens, and a nice pool/beach area. However, the property feels dated and shabby in places. Some amenities were lacking or broken (burned-out light bulbs, broken iron, missing coffee maker). Pool/beach towels were worn. Our unit’s living/kitchen area had a single bed for a third guest but no air conditioning, and the bedroom A/C was undersized for the whole space. Overall decent stay but needs maintenance and better-equipped rooms.”

“This was and really nice. I came for 3 days. The live music up the beach was amazing. Only problem is that your a like secluded. Just something to keep in mind. I wouldn't advise coming on a solo trip! Great for couples!!”

“The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.”
