“I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the markets and conveniently located near one of the palaces, which made exploring the area very easy. Unfortunately, the room and the way the hotel handled the issues really impacted my stay. The first room I was given had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom. The front desk contacted maintenance, and I was told the issue had been fixed, but the smell was still there. They eventually moved me to another room……

“I love The Crane and the Residences has always been my favourite place to stay on property. No sea view but it feels for private. I bit of a damp smell was in the room but that may be the limestone. Never the less, a lovely stay as usual. Staff are very nice.”

“Ac did not work, Room Quite Dusty”

“My stay was short at Divi Southwinds but I must say it was quiet, clean room and compound. Front desk reception was helpful with informative info on things to do and amenities. I will recommend and visit again for longer stay.”

“I liked Hotel LeRoy. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff were great. One bartender was outstanding and I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name. He had an excellent personality. But there was a female worker in the bar who was very unpleasant, and extremely slow. Very low energy to be working in a bar.”

“Our butlers, Pierre and Kaleifa, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall, most of the staff were very welcoming, especially Danielle, Krystal, Nicholi, and Chad. The resort itself is gorgeous. It is very small compared with the average Royalton property. The welcome gift was a small bottle of rum. We are accustomed to……

“We really enjoyed our stay. We will say, it does not look like it does in the pictures online. Also, for being all inclusive we weren’t expecting most meals to be a buffet. They food was still good but was hoping for meals to order. The staff was GREAT. The views were beautiful, the water was great.”

“DBH has become my go-to choice, and after three stays, it remains exceptional. Beyond the stunning coastal views and ideal location near the beach and nightlife, the staff’s genuine hospitality makes every visit special. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.”
