“Poor on beach facilities ”

“Here’s a polished quick review: We had a great recent stay at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We also really enjoyed the amenities, which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the room felt slightly dated being a Curio Collection Hotel, but it was very well maintained……

“This was a great place to stay. It was the center for activity on the boardwalk . There was a lot offered to do at property and on beach. It was very clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”

“It's a nice clean hotel. The room we stayed is was very comfortable. Unfortunately due to the rooms design the TV in on the side wall not in the front. The first night the main light switch as you enter the room worked but stopped after. The king bed was very low. Nice bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Parking sucks”

“We stayed at The Garden for two nights. I can’t say enough good about this place! The room was great, the food was great, the pools were clean and staff very friendly! ”

“The housekeeper went above and beyond for us helping my daughter when she hurt her foot, she was so nice and kind. Her name was Clara I believe.”

“The room was very clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast at the reef76 kitchen and bar was not great due to options (Buffet) being limited and food was cold but the staff were friendly. The parking/valet service at Omni was the worst in my opinion because as guests of the hotel parking shouldn’t be that expensive $68 per day when there is a free parking spot just 3mins away. Well I decided to go park at 3mins away spot which turned out to be a good walk to see spots around the hotel to explore. ”
