“Room was disgusting. Rotten food behind tables, sheets, blankets and towels all stained beyond belief. Staff at night tried to rectify situation to the best of his ability, so I will give credit there. Overall, I will never stay here again.”

“For the price I can not complain. The room was good sized. we had a king bed that was a little lumpy to me but my husband slept like a baby. That was what we needed. Parking right outside our door on the ground level. Owners were friendly.”

“The xtra charge for a bottom floor room never knew they could do that it’s never happened before rooms were available very slow so it didn’t make sense but they told me that was the reason . I said I already picked rm with Xperia they said it was for a bottom flat room .”

“Exactly what we were looking for, Jillian was excellent at communicating and responding to questions and helpful with ideas. The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. “Our visit to Norris lake was incredible. Our contact with the guest was immediate and so helpful. We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. ”

“We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We have 2 little ones so it was great not having to haul a pack n play and high chair. Loved the long dining table. Host was easy to……
