“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“We were upgraded to premium and was a great experience, the buffet in the adult section was great and the pools , spa et great Beach is beautiful Plenty of water sports, we did the scuba with the dolphins which was great. Would come again!”

“The hotel was prestine clean, rooms are awesome and space is plus. The restaurants all have excellent food. The staff was amazing including the manager Germania! I will give it a 9.5, not a 10 as the hogel is huge and the trolly service can improve a bit to make waiting times shorter”
