“The only thing we didn't like is the “resort credit.” It was not fully outlined as in detail to how it works and technically it is not a “resort credit” but coupons that could be used towards services making it discounted. We had a $654 “resort credit” that we were not able to truly enjoy and it was one reason why we had chosen this resort. Please outline the criteria a lot better to explain that it is not a “resort credit” but credit that is ultimately allocated as coupons off certain amenities……

“Please ! Get here after 3p please they uphold the “the check in is at 3pm” . Me and boyfriend arrived at 12p and didn’t check in until 5p. We got a room with a plunge pool . ABSOLUTELY amazing . “We enjoyed the ocean view room and property overall with amenities. Housekeeping always left us fresh new water bottles daily. There were plenty of toiletries provided in the room in bulk size to use for your stay. The Beach restaurant needs to be open until 9-10 pm . It currently closes at 7 pm. We would have loved to have a meal beach side for the evening or even snacks later by the pool while soaking in the outdoor atmosphere. Pricing for food items are very high. The pools are……
