"The motel is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very nice. It is nothing fancy, but we were staying in Hays to see family not hang out in a motel. It is nice having free breakfast every morning too."

"Front lobby smelled very good! Check in went fast. Gentlemen working wasnt the friendliness. Room was very hot, over two hours later went back downstairs to ask why the room was so hot,he said he just turned the air on! Every staff member was super friendly. Breakfast was the same all 4 days. Overall great experience."

"I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. "

"The cabin was great for our family of 10. The cabin was spacious and worked well for us with four young children."
