“All the staff were friendly and efficient, the room was quiet, spacious, well decorated, spotlessly clean and a pleasant temperature. The king size bed was comfortable and the heavy curtains blocked out the light well to aid a good nights sleep. ”

“The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. ”

“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.”
