"My stay started really nice until I realized that the bed's mattress covered was covered in yellow stains that looked like urine was disco ered. I alerted the front desk management that almost seem to not be much help until I made recommendation. They then sent someone up that was supposed to change the mattress but instead just change the bed linens not the mattress or the cover that was covered in urine. This ended up being a whole ordel with room changes and waiting until the two rooms that changed us too had to be cleaned thouroughly to ensure that we were happy. This was not a way that I wanted to spend my vacation time. Very disappointed with my stay.
