"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Diane’s place was perfect! The home is well equipped and appointed. We cooked in the kitchen, did some laundry, and enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to the Plaza, Canyon Road for art, and several wonderful restaurants. Diane was very responsive. Can’t say enough positive about this place! We hope to stay here again. "
