“We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired. The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection. I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm. “The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area.
