“Breakfast was to be served until 10 am, but all the hot food was gone by 9:30. No one was available to ask about the food. Our room key quit working on the day we were to check out. We went to breakfast and couldn't get back into our room. I had to go back to the desk twice and it still didn't work and they had to use their key to let us in the room.”

“I woke up with 20 or more bed bug bites. Also the lady at the front desk made me pay a 100$ deposit . That seems a bit assertive.”
