“Amazing hotel, staff friendly and helpful from front desk to cleaning crew. Everyone was super polite and nice. Centrally located in front of Qorikancha and a few blocks from Plaza de las Armas. Plenty of restaurants even hotel restaurant food was delicious. I would stay here again if we come back to Cusco. The cons about hotel would be WiFi was spotty and laggy at times. Also bathroom can use an option of better lighting as a lady who likes to wear makeup good lightning is a most. Overall great……

“ ⸻ It was really filthy. The sheets were completely yellow, and there were blue stains on the blanket—possibly toothpaste, but I’m not sure. The towels and bath towels had visible stains, and there was dust accumulated for years behind the headboard and deep in the corners of the floor. You could hear every single word from the room next door. It’s in a great location, and the building has a long history with many antique collections. But this is not a hotel—if you know what I mean. It feels……
