“I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.”

“My daughter complimented the lady that checked us in on having a cool shirt and she didn't seem like she cared. When we got got up to our room for 4 people, the pull out couch had no sheets, pillows or blanket. We had to get it from the staff and put it together. Just had a long trip getting there and wanted to get some rest.”
