“June stay was our absolute favourite of all our accommodations for this holiday, friendly staff and beautiful location across the road from lake garda! We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. from the beautiful clean lemon smell as we entered to the breathtaking views from both bedroom balconies I could not fault this stay! The modern stylish fixtures and furnishings were quality! The modern kitchenette was amazing! It had everything you need and was immaculate! We didn’t use the pool but……

“Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake.”

“No one to replenish coffee pods. No one locally to help with extra bed - rollaway or sofa bed we requested. No one available to talk to about an upgrade to a an Apartment with 2 beds. A/C was OK. Shower very small. Drying rack for clothes from washer would have been nice addition. Kitchen was OK.”

“Perfekt sauber, schöne Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Klimaanlage, gemütliche Betten! Ausgezeichnetes und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Sitzplätzen im Freien. Hotel liegt am See, man muss allerdings über die Straße oder durch kleine Unterführung. Am Wasser eigene Liegestühle!! Und last not least: supernettes Personal!!”

“Nice hotel in a good location. About 30 minute walk into Bardolino. We traveled with a newborn baby and the hotel was well equipped and baby very welcomed by all of the staff. Pool is lovely and no shortage of beds any time of day when we stayed. We stayed b&b, lots of selection at breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was fine but preferred to eat out in the many restaurants nearby. We stayed in a comfort top room with a view of the lake which was lovely. Indoor pool was a huge……

“La struttura è bella il personale tutto molto attento e gentile la colazione discreta ma abbondante, una nota negativa è il parcheggio dell’albergo a pagamento tra l’altro non comunicato alla prenotazione. Premetto che gli anni passati era gratuito e non trovo corretto che dopo aver pagato la stanza il parco e la colazione uno debba pagare anche 12 euro di parcheggio.”

“unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. The only thing i would strongly recommend is using really good……

“Family and I had a great time at Gardaland Magic hotel. Facilities and staff were great. Only downside was the cost of the evening meals, very expensive.”

“Das Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Zudem ließ sich die Terrassentür nicht richtig abschließen. Insgesamt stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – dafür war der Aufenthalt zu teuer. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen.”
