“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“The pool and beach were definitely the best parts of our stay. Great area for kids and adults. The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the building itself looked old and poorly maintained. Only one elevator was working, and there was caution tape outside in certain areas, which prevented guests from accessing parts of the hotel. I stayed in a room with my daughter and was disappointed to find weed on the balcony. The room floor also looked like it had not been properly mopped.……

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel initially,  the property itself was great and I genuinely enjoyed my experience while I was there. Unfortunately, things completely changed after checkout when I was unexpectedly charged a smoking fee despite the fact that I do not smoke and never smoked let alone smoked in the room. “This is an ideal hotel if you’re looking for a beachfront hotel and beach access is right across the street. The hotel in general is clean and staff is very helpful and attentive. I had an issue in my first room where the shower wasn’t draining properly and water trailed out into the room. Staff promptly had engineering come fix it, but it left the room with a sewage smell. “I didn’t like that is was under a 22million dollar renovation construction. And I was not notified when I booked my family vacation. If I wanted to be on a job site I would’ve stayed home and made money. That huge piece of information that the hotel resort was under construction should have been relayed. So when I pull up to the resort, their scaffolding wood people working on, it wasn’t too inviting”
