“Great location near to the ferry. All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We had a king bed in a room with a sea view, the room comfortable was tastefully decorated. Only downside, it was room so had to go elsewhere for breakfast.”

“After a 13hr travel day, it was so nice to be welcomed by the amazing staff. Check in was seamless and the staff was so welcoming. Our room was clean and cozy. We had a great stay for 2 nights and will absolutely stay here again next time we make it out to Powell River.”

“Nice flowers, quiet location. Only thing that was not ok is the owner taking pictures of both sides of my credit card and driver’s license to store on her computer. After I complained she erased both.”

“My wife and I stayed in the "Government Office" room #6 for a couple of nights. We found this found this room to be spacious and comfortable. The property had a ton of charm and character, as did the room, plus the diner was excellent for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book here again if we were coming to this town.”

“Bbq was full of mould and out of propane, cob webs hanging everywhere, would have been great to have more hooks to hang things. Floor was way out of level and steps were really slippery. Location was great and quiet and hosts were accommodating for my extra night. ”

“Nicole was quick to respond to queries which is appreciated. The view is nice but most of the furniture shown in the pictures were put away for the winter. I had picked this property so I could sit on the outdoor couch and read so I was disappointed and wish this was communicated before we rented. The property was clean. We found the beds too hard for our liking but you cannot please everyone with the type of bed. There are minimal cooking pots so for someone like me who likes to cook it made……

“This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.”
