“The hotel just reopened after a renovation. We had problems with the TV, had to change rooms, the water/ice stations were not operational, the upper deck bar area was not opened and our room was not entirely cleaned two nights. The staff needs to sharpen up. The property and location are perfect, they just need to get things in order.”

“So…the site itself is in a gorgeous location so if the weather is good you will want to sit outside. The property is an older building and we expected and were fine with that. They seem to want to be a venue space more than a hotel- we knew there might be an event but the thumping music from the DJ travels. There was zero food or beverage available until breakfast- to the point where you cannot even get a soda. The A/C is controlled at the front desk and we’re assuming it was down low because of……
