“The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! "Lamento mucho haberme quedado allí, el baño estaba manchado con caca en la taza, la ducha y lavamanos estaba tapado. Queda muy alejado de todo tipo de tiendas, solo podría habernos salvado “subway” pero cerró a las 10\. Lo peor de todo es que, nos reímos en solo una ocasión (con mis hijas) e inmediatamente sonó el teléfono y dijeron que estábamos haciendo ruidos molestos y que no habría otra oportunidad porque a la siguiente vez llamarían a la policía. Nos amargó la noche y nos quedamos dormidos. A mitad de noche, nos tocaron la puerta, mi esposo abrió y era la recepcionista y dijo que por favor dejáramos el escándalo, que tendrían que re-ubicarnos en otra habitación, cuando escuché eso salí a decirle que como es eso posible si estábamos durmiendo y se disculpó con mucho pesar y de paso, escuchamos risas de otra habitación . Fue muy desagradable la situación. Quizás, deberían tener mejor aislación de sonidos… "
