We came when the hotel had been open only 13 days. Everything is brand new. They are working out minor kinks but the staff was very nice and working hard to make everything perfect.

Modern, clean hotel in a cute college town. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

Very friendly people and amazing atmosphere!

Clean and easy to get to. Staff very friendly.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day.
