“We got there and it was a disaster, not clean , green pool, metal and trash around outside, dirty floors, bathrooms surfaces and trash laying around inside. Air conditioning didn’t work, chandeliers hanging from the electrical wires, wires everywhere and old electrical that isn’t allowed anymore, hosts full of themselves, not truthful or accommodating, please save your money and keep your families safe!”

“nice and clean quiet and well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“The place was exactly as described and a perfect place for us to enjoy a weekend away! It was clean and the check-in process was simple.”

“We had was great time and the host Mary was amazing and excellent at communicating. Everything was perfect in the home. Thank you”

“Beautiful views, great house!”

“Very kind and accommodating hosts. There was a blackout problem, and also some bees underneath the deck outside the cabin, but that being said this is a cottage in the middle of the wood some of that is to be expected to not bother me, and host is taking care of it once brought to attention. Great place to stay with pups in a beautiful and rustic setting with tons of nice roads to walk on surrounded by nature. Fantastic dining options for both DoorDash or in town within a 5 mile radius- I……

“The place is a bit small, but it's okay”

“We were so happy with the home. It had everything you could want . I didn’t understand why it didn’t have air conditioning updaters tho. Only heat on thermostat. Will definitely stay again in the future. Beautiful views and privacy”

“Overall we had a wonderful time as a family during our time in New Paltz. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals. Plenty of space to relax, read and enjoy nature.”

“We spent Christmas here with friends and family and enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. We were only disappointed in the communication with the property manager due to the holiday and technical issues. If you stay in the winter make sure the fireplace has been serviced as the smoke filled the room due to a faulty draft. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this cabin. It is surrounded by a beautiful forest, making it the perfect place to relax and escape the noise of the city. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying the peaceful views was truly unforgettable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.”

“The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Picasso room. The attention to detail was impeccable. A little more than we usually spend but worth it!”

“Such a cute and cozy place. Extra bedding was available, it was super clean, and the host was responsive. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Two things I felt were needed: 1) better lighting outside along the road up to the Atlas. At night time, it is quite dark and the house on the right where we turn was lit up but not the hotel office. It was confusing. 2) A much bigger sign is needed for the hotel office. Again at night is when many guests arrive and once you are inside I had to figure out their old system of picking up the phone and wait for someone to come check me in. ”

“This is a lovely house and property. Great location for a get together with family and friends.”
