“The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....”

“This was one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so bad we left after 4hrs of being there. The hallway smelled like smoke, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom had mold, the lamp bar above the bed had dead roaches in it. The longer we stayed in the room the more I felt sick. Finally I couldn't deal with it anymore and went to the front desk to see if we could be switched to another room and no one was working the desk at 6:30pm. I tried calling and nothing, so we……

“Beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Room was very nice and workout area and classes! if I had one complaint, it would be the food at the restaurant. Had wonderful meals in that area but the meal at Mirabeau Inn was my least favorite.”

“Lovely old inn that is extremely well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable.”

“Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building……

“Gross!! Don’t stay here unless your only other option is sleeping in a dumpster. A dirty sock was sticking out from under the bed when we arrived! The bathroom looked like what you’d see in a “slumlord’s” college student apartment. Looked like it had a flood years ago so from the floor up to a foot around the perimeter it looked damaged. Everything was old and dingy and honestly, I don’t know how this is even still an open business. It was the only hotel/motel I have ever stayed in that did not……

“Could use some refreshing. Had to ask for new towels. Otherwise the price was right and turned out to be a peaceful and convenient stay close to Auburn and downtown Skaneateles.”

“It was a very clean room with fresh fruit and snacks. It was very near Gillie pond which worked out perfectly for the triathlon there. Very kind staff and worked out perfectly!”
