“Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer……

“The property was perfect and being able To dock our boat made it the perfect Keys escape! The on site restaurant was convenient and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was okay, but not any place we'd revisit. There's a pool in the main lobby area and another that is where the rooms are. That one doesn't have pool service and this is the first resort that we've been to that doesn't have towels available at the pool. Unknowingly to us, there were towels in the cabinet but we never opened that. They have a coffee/snack bar that I was told closed at 11. I was really looking forward to an iced coffee and just thought it was strange that the hours……

“Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's……
