“This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Very nice clean hotel within walking distance of the Island. Staff are very friendly. Snacks and coffee are kept fresh for guests. You get a voucher for the pancake house across the street, which has excellent food. I will definitely stay there whenever I go back to Pigeon Forge. ”
