“Nice breakfast buffet which my kids really enjoyed. Good location as it's only a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf tube station, and it's easy to get to Heathrow too with the new Elizabeth Line. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though the shower was slightly weak. It's a very good hotel overall. ”

Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. “Good point: 1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge 2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors. Bad points: 1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner. 2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4……

“The location is very convenient as it's just a 5 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station with different dining and shopping choices. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and worth a 5-star rating. The room I took was budget friendly so it was relatively small but sufficient for a solo traveler. There were small dirt stains on towels and bedsheets but otherwise the room was clean”
