“The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. ”

“This was the 3 hardest nights sleep I've experienced in years. The room was supposed to be a suite but the bathroom was communal, the window was so old, all the chatter from the smokers that sat on the front stoop until 2 or 3 in the morning plus the traffic noise from City Road seeped through. The room was not as presented online, thus I did not expect, nor want, a hostel but that is the reality.”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was minimal but the service was lovely and we enjoyed the fresh coffee made to order. This was the perfect location to visit the Tower of London as we had an early reservation and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs around to enjoy. "This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes."
