"Room was clean and the view was amazing. I did notice the age of the hotel however, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay.
The paint on the bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be chipping away, and the bathtub showed its age a bit.
Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others looking."
"Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park is the basic, no-thrills, no-fills type hotels for the leisure travelers. The only thing that is not good about this place is that you’re forced to pay for parking when there’s tons of parking available. If you don’t pay, your car will be towed."
"All the staff were exceptional and very helpful with our needs. The front desk staff were very nice. And your cookies were to die for. If we ever return to Memphis, we will surely stay there again."

Just a night
"It was a one night stay, but everything was very good. The bed was very comfortable, I would recommend improving the pillows, they are very hard. The room was clean and there was no bad smell of humidity, cigarettes, etc. And the breakfast was very good and the employees in that area were very helpful."

"I have only one concern.
My daughter was told that Starbuck’s closed at 10:00 and I was looking forward to enjoying a cup of coffee upon my return to the hotel. When I got back and went to the restaurant I was told that they had already closed down which was before 9:45. No, I do not use the coffee machines in the rooms and I would have stopped on the way back to the hotel if one of the staff members had not told my daughter that I would be able to get coffee at the hotel."
