“There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.”

“Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7! Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,……

“The breakfast was exceptional!!! The gentleman who was in charge was amazing!!! He would check on us and ask if there was anything we needed!! I called him Chef!!! I also made sure I thanked him for taking real good care of us!! You don't find that in most places that have the complimentary breakfast!!!”

“Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour? Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor. After exiting the elevator the odors intensified and I regretted my choice to choose Choice. I opened my……

“Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets ”
