“My room was so clean but the bathroom flooring could have been cleaner for sure, and the fridge froze everything and had not been cleaned out. Staff was great though and internet was fast!”

“There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.”

“Hotel and room were clean. Gated parking was nice. The room was big. Staff was great! We had no issues and would stay again.”

“This was an excellent property to stay at. Getting there was a little tricky if you don't know the area. Staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. Excellent breakfast buffet with delicious cinnamon rolls (smile). Also they offer 24-hour coffee and tea service which I found very nice. I actually signed up to be a new rewards member. This is a nice hotel chain.”

“both telephone in rooms were dirty, shower was not clean, toilet seat was rocky. employee making eggs/omelets didn't have help, long wait. mixed nuts at happy hour were rancid both nights- not changed. elevators not clean. front didn't have shaving cream. there was supposed to be water bottles in room per front desk- since we were hilton honors members as well free water. when we got to room not bottles, called front desk and she told me i had to come get them. hotel doors locked when we……
