"The service in Casa Rose is amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They try their best to help you had a wonderful visit in El Carmen. This hotel also has the best shower I had in all of Colombia. The beds are comfortable and the hotel just has a wonderful vibe. Very walkable and staff are helpful to organize transport if needed. "the property is so isolated, and i would have been the only guest on the property alone, with a very steep driveway the only way out. the property owner misleads people to book a room. never mentioned the pool was down for a month, there is not restaurant, there is no running bar, it was all lies, so i did not even check in but booked another room in a different hotel. very bad experience"

"La actividad de san Silvestre fue muy regular, el cóctel en vasos plásticos y avinagrado, la comida un corrientazo caro y no hubo ni siquiera una copa de champaña para el brindis. El personal que atiende no cuenta con uniforme, tienen buenas instalaciones y el personal es atento. Tampoco sabían si en el aeropuerto había servicio de guarda maletas, Y les informo que NO HAY. En resumen el precio no corresponde al servicio recibido."
